About the course

We are Certified Online Facilitators recognised by the Learning and Performance Institute. Our 'Successfully Managing your Stress' course has been designed to give you an understanding of the different types of stress that impact us, how this manifests itself and the steps we can take to keep stress under control. In this session you will you will be able to; • Describe the difference between Pressure / Stress and the different types that affect us • Understand the impact stress has on your health and how to manage personal wellbeing • Use the ‘STOP’ approach to manage stress and list ways to support your wellbeing This session lasts for 2 hours takes place in a live virtual environment. You will need Zoom to access the course. All links and joining instructions will be sent out as confirmation of your booking. We are Certified Mental Health Instructors, NLP Master Practitioners and CMe Profiling Practitioners This course is not a certified programme and you will receive a certificate of attendance.
